Best value for money I have found in 2 years in bkk 250 bahts for 3 very big rooms, full of every machines you can think of in double or triple, including cables crossovers x2. Staff friendly, aircon, not busy at all, give you free water bottles and towels, really perfect. Don’t expect brand new shiny machines but everything is in perfect working conditions and no apparent wear and tear. Really baffled by the quality compared to the cost.

Really good Gym for a good Price ! Now they made the Gym Even bigger with a second area. I can totally recommend it and I will visit them everytime when Im in Bangkok. Clean, many machines, 450 Baht for a Week Pass! Really nice 😊
