Fitness First - Club 39

😖😖🤦🤦 If you're a foreigner, don't even think about going to this club. The managers won't explain all the terms and conditions clearly, and I found myself in a similar situation. If you decide to buy a membership for a specific period and think that your subscription will end when it expires, you're mistaken. Fitness First will automatically charge you for renewal unless you notify them at least one month in advance that you want to end your membership. I bought a five-month membership in March at Club 39, and it was supposed to end in August. But they charged me 3,900 baht for September, even though I only bought a five-month membership! This is because I didn't notify them one month in advance that I wanted to end it, even though it was supposed to be five months anyway. It doesn't make sense. Moreover, Mai Yarinda, probably manager, told me I could notify them a week in advance of the cancellation, which I did, but they still slipped me the paperwork to sign for an extension for September and then withheld my money because I didn't have time to argue and I was late for my flight. And finally, Mai employee called me and apologized, but how would apologize refund my money? For something I didn't use at all and was already somewhere else..
