Fitness First Platinum Sathorn Square

The classes and trainers are very good and enjoyable. Suppawith, Judy H, and Aum T are very professional and engaging. They have an excellent variety of classes, which are professionally run. Most, if not all, of the cardio machines should be replaced. Most of them have docking stations for IPods……it’s not 2010 anymore, Fitness First. None of the machines have TV/internet access. The changing room facilities are acceptable, but the towels, some as old as 2024, need to be replaced. On pricing, I would say it is fairly overpriced, compared to the facilities. That being said, the classes are all complimentary. $115 / €100 / £85 is the cost of a monthly membership. You could probably get better in other countries at a cheaper cost.

I recommend it to foreigners. The membership fees are reasonable and very cheap. Their treatment is excellent and they are kind. The gym is clean and organized. All the employees are friendly and welcome you. When they know you are a foreigner, they offer you all the assistance. I would like to thank Mr. Sin in particular for his help. He is always smiling with everyone.

The best thing about this gym is that it’s practically my neighbor — very convenient for me! Prices are also fair compared to back home, so my wallet doesn’t complain. The facility is nice, though some of the equipment looks like it has been working out longer than me. 😅 Still, everything is maintained and usable. I just wish they had a step master — maybe they’re keeping it as a “hidden boss level” for the future!
