Absolutely amazing gym and service!! JJ and the staff were super friendly and welcoming to me. It was my first time and I wanted to sign up. She took me on a tour of the gym and explained clearly all the different options. Honestly it’s the best and most friendly service I’ve had from any gym in the world. Now the gym itself is huge with so many different areas. It’s very spacious and clean. Prices are very fair too. Thank you so much JJ and the team for making my experience so positive ❤️🙏 Highly highly recommend this place 😁

Fully equipped gym with plenty of areas, from free weights to cardio machines and even a Muay Thai ring! I liked that it was clean and they provided towels and a change of clothes that you can use inside the club. I only wish they had better lockers as the current design is not convenient at all. But its a solid gym!

Really good gym, clean, luxurious and you just can do your gym or whatever activity you want (kickboxing). 😁True, sometimes it can be crowded but you can easily avoid that. You get what you pay for and even more. The staff is really helpful (reception and teamleader were really kind). Also a nice place to relax after gym. And have a coffee, thee or water. As a traveler (2 weeks bkk/2weeks manila) I felt welcome. Now in manila I find it difficult to find something and the same level.😶 Thank you Fitness First Siam Paragon. Definitely 5stars and I will be back when I am in bkk.

I had a very disappointing experience at Fitness First Siam Paragon branch located in Siam Paragon today! I arrived at the gym at around 20:00 and placed my belongings in a locker in the changing room. The club closes at 22:00. However, when I returned to collect my items at 21:59, they had already been removed. On this occasion, I had only placed my card inside the locker, and it had been taken out before the official closing time. It is unacceptable for lockers to be opened and cleared while the gym is still operating and before closing hours. This situation made me feel unsafe and concerned about the security of members’ personal belongings. I strongly urge management to review their locker-clearing procedures and ensure that staff do not remove members’ items before closing time. Due to this incident, I am considering terminating my membership, as I no longer feel comfortable working out here.
