I like this place because there's a lot of equipment to work out every part of your body, and this gym has cats, which is great for relaxing during breaks between workouts.

Gym is really good and clean. Staff is very friendly and kind to tourists. You can choose per day/week based on what you can afford . Fully air conditioned gym. I really loved this gym as it was close to my hotel in Bangkok.

This is the best gym I’ve been to out of 4-5 in Bangkok. It’s not very busy in the afternoons which I enjoyed, the price is reasonable and the people are friendly.

I wanted to report and warn those who frequent the gym or those interested in doing so that the health, hygiene, and safety conditions are terrible…!!! Furthermore, I'm posting photos and videos that clearly show that two beautiful and friendly cats have been living in the gym day and night for almost two years…but they freely do their business (pee and poop), even vomiting sometime…,all around the gym!!! I'll start by saying that I really like cats and I have cats at home too….but the problem is that the gym isn't an ideal place for them to live and grow…because it's a place open to the public, and some clients may be allergic to cat hair….,plus these two cats play and run between legs and the fitness machines while clients work out…and me too i’ve risked falling and hurting myself more than once because of the cats running between my legs.!! But what's unacceptable is arriving at the gym in the morning and finding their poop and pee all over the floor...near the fitness machines or even on the mats (see photo)...where clients work out...thus risking illness and infection. The gym isn't a private residence but a place open to the public, and therefore hygiene and safety standards must always be guaranteed and respected, even in Thailand, where the level of hygiene is terrible! But Covid has changed and improved hygiene rules in public places, even in Thailand...and those who don't respect them risk closure. Best wishes...!!! 👊🏻
