Our family visits FormalLab Pilates every time we travel to Bangkok. The private session with Aimie was a great experience — she is highly professional, attentive, and gives clear guidance, making the workout both effective and enjoyable. Today’s group session with Aomlette was also great fun. The studio is modern, clean, and well equipped with high-quality Xformal machines, and the shower facilities are spotless. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. It’s a perfect way to stay active while travelling, and I guarantee you’ll feel the results with increased energy and muscle strength. Highly recommended!

I love the space and keep coming back! It’s always super clean and welcoming. The shower area is fully equipped with everything you could need: different towel sizes, full amenities, even dry shampoo and quality beauty products to try. The Xformer class is fun yet challenging (plus you get to workout with P’Bebe🤍) and I could really feel it working to the core. Truly worth every drop of sweat

It's the best Pilates in Thailand and the best Pilates I have ever tried! It has the newest technology and equipment (the only place in Thailand at that), not to mention the attentive staff and instructor. The instructor was knowledgeable and helpful in adjusting the class based on your concerns and needs (mine are posture and body balance). So, I decided to get a 10-private class package! Definitely the best choice I made💖
