Once in awhile in your personal and/or professional life, you come across a service provider who impresses you beyond belief. Fragomen is that service provider. If my spouse and I could give Fragomen a six star rating, we would, but Google only allows a maximum of five stars. After a 32 year career in the Canadian public service, the last six spent as a Canadian diplomat posted to Thailand, my spouse and I decided to retire here. We chose Fragomen to assist us. We were not disappointed. They led us through every step of the process. Communication, explanations, progress reports, helpful advice, the list goes on and all were top notch. Today, August 14, 2025, the culmination of our dream: 10 year LTRs granted with Fragomen at our side for the final step at the immigration office. Words alone cannot express how grateful we are to this fabulous team, in particular, Khun Jane, Khun Aim-on, and our two amazing file managers, Khun Sayamon and Khun Jules.
