The food quality is suitable for its price and there’re various types of food too. One thing that I don’t really like is the speed of the service, it’s quite slow. All the used dishes will be stacked almost full until the staff come and clean it

One of the best Taiwanese Shabu in Thailand for sure. Great Mala soup. Premium meats and the best ice-creams available (Haagen-Dazs and Movenpick) - a combined 11 flavour of buffet icecream!!

Disheveled experience was different from the others that I had previously experienced. I was shocked that I had to pay up front before I even enjoyed my meal! Then they sell packages by levels each level gives you more time allotment to enjoy the buffet so the more you pay the more time you get to play! For what I paid the food offerings were very basic I didn't see any upscale proteins available on the menu but if you paid the $1,299 Thai baht, did you see everything they have to offer. The service was very average at best I had to keep flagging someone down to get soup refilled and get another beer and that's what brought my meal to a quick end! The only bright spot was the beer was really cold and if you buy the top tier packages beer is included in the buffet. I would rather have better service at a better price point!

Everything is good but SERVICE IS SUPER SLOW. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET STAFF'S ATTENTION. Taiwanese hot pot (buffet-style). All the meat, seafood and veg are fresh and delicious. However, service is quite slow so you should order a lot in advance through the QR code. Otherwise you have to wait around 30mins per time whenever you place in your sliced meat order.
