The service was terrible, the food took a very long time to come. After complaining, they said I should would wait 3 minutes but it took longer than that. It seemed they forgot my order. The place was not fully occupied either. The waiter did not even apologize. After getting the bill, I said I don’t want to pay for the 10% service fee and they were ok with it, but did not even bother to ask me about the problem. Strange.

Super slow service, even when it’s not a busy time (Tuesday) I’ve been waiting for 10 mins just to get a menu. No staff notice the customer waiting. After I have to call (loud) one staff came to me and hand me the menu asking what am I gonna order? miss? I’ve been here 15 mins but I didn’t even get a chance to see the menu. How am I supposed to order right away + the food was also super slow. The service + quality is no where near Japanese standard (Compere to other Japanese restaurants in Thailand too). Also, miss Supapat (if I remember correctly) who seems like a senior, was serving the food with such a bad attitude, moody face no service mind. Even a younger staff speak more nicely.

Friendly staff. Big menu! Food was OK, nothing special. The tempura was a big letdown. It was mushy and soggy. Stay away. They also forgot the dish that one of my sons ordered. Good prices tho!
