Fuji Restaurant

Fuji Restaurant at Central World serves Japanese cuisine with fresh sashimi and creative specialty rolls like the avocado caterpillar. The space handles lunch without crowds while delivering quality fish dishes and tempura prawn with proper technique and ingredient freshness.

The location on the sixth floor near Yoshinoya provides easy access, and gyoza arrives properly executed. While some meat dishes read slightly salty, the fish-focused offerings consistently impress.
