This place offer one of the best French food and dance floor. Came here on a late night before last order. All the dishes are amazing and unique. Started the meal with artichoke soup the flavour blends is amazing and the fillings inside the soup is even better. The butternut squash salad is so refreshing the ingredients are fresh love the seasoning and goat cheese on top. The scallop cauliflower is so fresh and nicely cooked I really enjoyed the creamy sauce. The duck confit is cooked into perfection love the sauce again!! I personally really love the pork chop the way the pork loin is made to be this crispy with the cheese and sauce on top. The beef tartare is the best the herbs added inside the freshness too the fries is super crispy. Ended the meal with cherry ice cream the sauce and berries elevated the taste. All the staffs are super nice and caring and attentive even at late night. The dj and singers are amazing had so much fun with the music too. Amazing price too.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant and bar. The ambiance was warm, stylish, and inviting — perfect for both a romantic evening and a fun night out with friends. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every dish tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The cocktails were equally impressive — well-balanced, creative, and expertly crafted. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, making it perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a special occasion. The food is outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was perfectly executed and absolutely delicious. The service truly elevates the experience: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm without being overbearing. The bar selection is also excellent, with well-crafted drinks that pair perfectly with the meal. Overall, Gaston Bistro & Bar offers a refined yet comfortable experience that’s well worth a visit. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
