getfresh at Empire Tower

It seems both service and quality of food is extremely drop. We once try this restaurant 3 month ago and come back to have lunch again today. Though, no other customer during the time we come, the food came out very slow. We order Spagetti Tom yum with Salmon, soup and matcha drink. The taste of spaghetti is not that delicious, too dry. Matcha drink is not look like that shown in the menu set, in which in the menu it seem like we should have Matcha latte. But we got just matcha drink with explanation that the milk look in the menu picture is not milk but it is ice, quite weird explanation. Moreover, we wait matcha drink for nealy half hour and keeps waiting for the main dish. The soup we order is not that hot just warm. When we ask for payment, the bill could not be print out and have to be shown through picture and no tax invoice can be given as they said the system have problem. Even we cannot use the credit card as they 're not sure whether the system can accept credit card or not. For the invoice, they said that if we would like to get the tax invoice, we have come back to take the tax invoice again in the evening. It seems, they didn't organize, not well prepare for opening the restaurant. If we have only 1 hour lunch, it may not fit to eat here.
