The fish was fresh. However, the red rice tasted quite plain and had a sticky, firm texture rather than being soft I’m not sure if this is the restaurant’s intended style. The price does not feel justified by the portion size or overall value. The additional layer that was added also felt unnecessary and didn’t make much sense.

Top-notch quality! 🍣✨ Sushi & Unagi Gin Sara never disappoints. You can really taste the freshness in every bite, from the sashimi to the unagi set. The ingredients are clearly high-grade, and the flavors are spot on. Great atmosphere and lovely service from the staff as well. Definitely coming back!
