GINGER FARM kitchen at One Bangkok

Clean and nice interior. However, the air conditioning is too loud. Food wise, not bad, but nothing outstanding. Good if you’re craving for Thai food within the area. Service staff are quite friendly and prompt (probably coz we came off peak, close to 5pm).

I love the concept and the curry chicken noodles was sooooooooo good! Even though it was too spicy for me, I couldn't stop. The curry was so flavourful, the chicken drum was tender. Very satisfying bowl! Also ordered a ginger tea and I love how they use real ginger instead of instant mix. Short of giving them full 5 stars as the staffs seem to have an issue deciding where to seat customers even though there were plenty of seats at 6pm on a Saturday. Food also took 20 minutes to prepare which seems an awfully long time.

Feb 2026 A lunch win! First time in this local chain and it's a sure win! The deep fried crispy pork belly is a win - love upon first bite! How does the Thais do this so well? It's a national secret. The green veg is also another win dish. It's fresh and crispy. The only let down it the northern Style fish dish - very bland - avoid it. Nevertheless will be back to try the other dishes on offer!
