Very bad experience and incomplete service. BAD CUSTOMER CARE AND THREATENED THE CUSTOMER. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE

The sales person who providing the quotation was totally undereducated, she offered the service to us with one medium truck and 4 small pick up trucks!! which we insisted we did not need that much since we just recently moved from aboard and we used one medium truck only. She also refused to tell us how much volume she quoted for. She insisted that it the company standard. We did not go with the quotation but requested for a different service - one small pick up truck with the moving service and addtional packing for special items (TV and Mattress - king size). On the day, the moving staffs came and pack our ikeas drawers, mattress and TV. but the way they handled our TV was totally unprofessional, our TV is OLED 65". We had to tell them to stop mid way as they wanted to put the tv face down on the floor without any soft surface nor protection. Then when they loaded the pick up truck, they said these 4 items (2 drawers, mattress and TV) were already occupied the whole space and unable to load anything else. I contacted the call center and spoke to the lady who provided the quote. She said if we wanted to load anything else we needed to pay 2000bath additionally. Ended up we canceled the service, lost our deposit. Contacted another service provider who quote us only 17 CMB and used only "ONE MEDIUM TRUCK". - Make sure you have a proper conversation as the sales person is toally fraud and they don't know what they are doing.
