A Chinese friend recommended this place to me, saying that if I wanted to experience authentic Mala hotpot just like in China, this was the place to go! It's a small, Chinese-owned restaurant, but don't let its size fool you. The flavors are absolutely incredible! Highly recommended for anyone who's getting a little bored of the big Mala hotpot chains and wants to take their Mala experience to the next level. This is the real deal!

The soups here are actually very good—especially the mushroom, which is rich and flavorful. The meat slices are a bit thicker than I prefer, but still totally fine. The vegetables are impressively fresh and crisp. I also really enjoyed the staff’s recommended sauces—they’re excellent and definitely worth trying. The staff themselves are very nice and friendly, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. However, communication was a bit tricky, as the phone number listed for this branch redirects to the Rama 9 location, which is a bit confusing.

If you're Mala fan, you should come to try at this place. The experience here is totally different from other Thai Mala hot pot. The owners are from Chongqing city where Mala originated (and they are super nice). Chongqing is a city well known for spicy food, and king among those is Chongqing Hot Pot. I ordered the double hotpot which basically comes with two different soup base - The mala spicy & the mushroom soup base. There is also a sauce station by which you can choose to mix your own sauce. They serve good quality of beef and pork with reasonable price. The taste is very delicious!
