Worst restaurant i have ever experienced in bangkok as a local. This restaurant looks great on Instagram, but the reality was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 8:00 PM and were left standing at the entrance for several minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment. That already set the tone. After ordering, we waited over an hour for the first dishes, and when they finally arrived, the portions were shockingly small and completely cold. Each dish took around an hour to come out. At that point, we were no longer enjoying dinner, we were just frustrated and hungry. When we informed the waitress about the delay, there was no urgency, no proper apology, and no attempt to fix the situation. We were not offered any solution, no reassurance about timing, nothing. Eventually, we had to cancel the remaining dishes ourselves because it was clear nothing was being handled properly. The final bill was around 2,000 baht for two drinks and two tiny, cold dishes. No compensation. No accountability. Just an explanation that “it depends on timing.” It is unacceptable to leave a restaurant still hungry after spending that amount of money. I have never experienced such poor service and lack of responsibility. The presentation online does not reflect the actual dining experience.
