About
Japanese izakaya on Sukhumvit with fresh sushi, generously filled maki, and likely authentic wasabi. Live music adds to the atmosphere on some evenings. A reliable spot for quality Japanese food away from the chain options.

The sashimi are good, skewers are decent. Maki rolls are so so. But they served their beer room-temperature, I guess they are out of chilled beer. Still they should have done something proactively to chill the beer.

I had dinner at this restaurant in Bangkok and the food was really good ! Very tasty and nicely served. The ingredients were fresh and you can tell everything was made with care. There was also live music when I came, a duo singing and creating a really cool vibe. The atmosphere was super chill and friendly, perfect for eating, having a drink, and just enjoying the evening. Totally recommend this place

This is a hidden gem. Sushi, maki, fish in general is very fresh and perfectly crafted. They are generous with the fillings of maki, which is very appreciated. I believe the wasabi to be authentic - nothing like I've tried in other restaurants in Europe. Don't forget to order their desserts: they offer mango and green tea ice cream. Please try them! Such a delicious surprise. A perfect spot for a romantic date :)

Negative Reviews
[Other 5-stars reviews might be exaggerated] Here is my truthful review. It is okay for a group hangout after a long day of work. The food is okay in term of pricing, but it lacks variety and consistency. Some of the menu are considerably cheaper compared to others in the area, but some, I think, are too high considering the taste. Be warned, it is very loud on Friday night, which was the day I chose to visit. The guests were shouting along with a good-quality band, and I saw a women vomiting in disgust in front of the restaurant. The crowd control inside needs improvement, some of the menu took too long to arrive, when combined with noisy crowd, we were so frustrated. It was a night NOT too remember. If you expect a good and chilling izakaya, we recommend you to go to Udonsuk walk or places near Emsphere instead. This restaurant seems to attract a noisy crowd. A foreigner near me was quiet and seem upset during the time I was there.
