Unpleasant experience at Bangkok Immigration (12 November 2025) I arrived in Bangkok on 12 November 2025, and my experience at immigration was very disappointing. When it was my turn to clear immigration, the officer was extremely rude. She didn’t speak a word, just stared at me as if I was supposed to know what she wanted. When I politely asked what she needed, she didn’t respond instead, she wrote her instructions on a piece of paper. After stamping my passport, I told her that next time she should communicate verbally instead of just staring. She strongly replied, “No.” I explained that this kind of attitude contributes to the long waiting lines and gives a negative impression to visitors. My point is simple: tourists come to Thailand because we appreciate the country and its culture, but we also expect a bit of basic courtesy and professionalism in return. A little kindness and hospitality go a long way in making visitors feel welcome.

Very bad experience with phuket immigration My brother planned honeymoon trip with his wife but when he land at phuket airport the immigration don’t allow to enter immigration said his passport is damaged but he is already came from Europe and he travel multiple times but not issue but phuket immigration not allowed to go outside the airport they spoil trip and our money and immigration also behave with him like he make any crime immigration take in custody whole day very bad poor phuket immigration
