Finally made it to INDDEE with the family! After admiring them from afar online, the real-life experience was even better. The service was impeccable from the moment we sat down. ​We went through a 10-course journey across India, starting with elevated street-food bites followed by dishes inspired by ten different cities. The way the Chef balances traditional Indian spices with local Thai touches is pure genius. Every course was a visual and flavorful "wow" moment. ​We especially appreciated the "Best of Both" pairing—a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections—which perfectly enhanced the taste of each course. Unbelievable experience, Contemporary Indian food and some Japanese influence remade into an journey and an experience. The wine list is very good and fairly priced managed by an experienced somalier that will offer you wine pairing that you should take. Any other wine you would like to try with a Coravin he will give you.

What an exceptional experience! We had the pleasure of the chef's table, where we were fed a double meal. 6 opening tastes, 10 courses, and another 4+ closing bites. The wine menu stands out. There are at least 100 by the glass options. Good options! And the bottle list is as impressive. Surprisingly diverse and well suited to their menu. We would return for the wine alone! The food is also fantastic. Beautiful, delicate, clean and complex flavors. We toured India and left satiated. Thank you!
