Instant Print

We have been ordering from them for more than 10 years. Ordered new cards and was very disappointed 1. They used smaller than standard card Size , all print small and hard to read - Straight to Garbage. 2. They have increased the price to THB 1,000 while other shop charge THB 500 - 600. 3. Promised to deliver by 17:00 since morning , Messanger arrived after 21:00 Zero reposnsibilty and ask for another THB 1,000 for reprint. We found other place in THB 450 .... Very disappointing.

I asked them to change only one alphabet in my name card but they accidentally changed other line too. When I pointed out the mistake and ask for the new printing, they want me to pay the full amount even if it’s their mistake. And this is the second time they did something wrong with the work and ask for the full price again for the reprint. The first time I successfully managed to get the reprint for free. But however can they keep making the mistake and not responsible for it?

so Let's start off clarifying I've been coming here and printing business cards for over 15 years, the last time was 6 years ago. Not only am i an old customer, but a loyal one, referring othter business owners to InstantPrint. That said, all of that will stop!! I referred a new Doctor setting up her new clinic to InstantPrint, temporary business cards were needed, and permanent cards, i.e. future business were forthcoming. The attitude I witnesses was shocking, and embarrassing for me, since it was I who accompanied the doctor and recommended this shop because of my history with this establishment. SO what's changed, I've always spent a lot of money with this shop, and maybe it wasn't an issue, now they didn't remember me, or maybe thought fat cows are back in town, that's common with most local businesses, treating most tourists as fat cows, ripping off at any chance they get. Thailand has gotten a bad reputation in the last few years, as prices, scams have skyrocketed, and treating tourists as ATMs. I can tell you prices in Bangkok are now the same as the U.S. or Europe, in many case higher depending on where exactly you are. And I'm sorry to say, there's no justification for that, not the quality of service they provide, nor the customer service attitude. The Value Proposition is gone. I knew this was going to happen 3 years ago on my first visit to Vietnam, and Thailand has been loosing tourism 3 straight years after COVID. But let's get back to the meat of this review. I'm a repeat customer, no only that, referring new business to InsteatPrint. The business practice I discovered during this visit was less than desirable, Switch n bait, advertised price for 100 business cards were essentially a trap. After completing the design, the print color didn't work, or were unable to see, and for a shop that does this for a living, well, it's an upsell, and when we tried to remedy the situation using different color text, they did the bare minimal so that you had to choose something more expensive. Then they charge you even more for making any additional changes, so you either paid more, or you couldn't get the results you wanted, trapping you. I WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP AGAIN, EVER. NOR I REFER ANYONE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARMED, THIS IS NOT AN HONEST SHOP. DO NOT ENGAGE
