After clearly explaining my case and the urgency through the website’s request form and providing all required details, I never received any follow-up from this translation bureau. No confirmation, no quotation, and no receipt whatsoever. Communication, where it existed at all, felt cold and impersonal, and then stopped completely. In a situation where reliability and responsiveness are crucial, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

Not a good translation service. Takes too long, expensive and the worst part was all our documents were wrong. Every single translated page had a lot of mistakes, not 1 document was correct and not just a few mistakes, too many! We are only here for a short time and she made us waste time, money and energy. I got all her wrong translated documents fixed at the ministry by a Thai man who got it done for me in less than 1 hour. Don't bother going here.
