Located on second floor. Nice vibes, ok price. Small to medium sized gym. Day pass 350bht Jan 2026. Equipment in great condition. No water station (water available for purchase), bathroom outside. Has shower and change rooms. Locker for free I think. Could use more spray bottles and wipes around. Stretch area outside. Dumbbells 2.5kg - 25kg then 32kg - 50kg lol. No real plate organization. Some straight barbells and plate loaded straight and curl bar. Came on Friday at 10am and was already kind of busy. Equipment: Power rack and bench press, one Smith machine. Multiple cable stations (life fitness). The ones I used had smooth cables. Majority of other machines are hammer strength, probably half are plate loaded. Has lots of leg machines including standing calf raise. No shoulder raise but one hammer strength shoulder press. Cardio: stairs, treadmill and elliptical. Inbody 270 if you are into that. Dip bars available. Only one very old weight belt (to attach weight to for weighted calisthenics) located in the yellow life fitness station. Others are just the normal lifting belts. Temperature felt like 25 to 26. They also have fans to help. Didn't feel too bad but it wasn't super hot outside either. Happy to have this option when travelling although I wouldn't make a far trip for it. Still happy to have checked it out and got a good workout in. Grateful the day pass wasn't too bad.

Iron Fit Gym stands out as the best gym I’ve experienced in Bangkok. If you’re looking for high-quality equipment, a clean and positive atmosphere, and a serious training culture, this place is a must.

I had a long stay in Bangkok and was struggling to find a gym. I found this gym near my stay on Google Maps. I sent a message using FB IM asking about the cost. I immediately got the info on daily and monthly charges from the gym. Once I got there, I took a tour and booked for a month. It costs 2k Baht. There are some negative reviews about the place having no bathroom. Although you have to walk 50m to the bathroom. The 2nd floor bathroom of the mall that the gym is located must be one of the cleanest in Bangkok. See the pictures. I do not think that it is a flaw. I also love the staff who are very helpful and polite. Lastly, the gym has the hip thrust machine. The gym back home has one, it helped me strengthen my glute. I have not seen one in Asia. This is my third country in Asia during this trip. I love it.
