About

A tucked-away spot in Thonglor that rewards those willing to wander off the main strip. This old-school izakaya-style eatery serves solid Thai food at prices that feel almost too fair. Cozy and worn-in, it draws solo diners and those who prefer character over flash.

Hidden Gem 隐藏的宝石 숨겨진 보석 隠れた宝石 The small hidden alleys here offer a very reasonable and delicious experience. Flashy restaurants on the main streets aren't the only good ones—go on an adventure! Taxis in this area are less likely to overcharge compared to those running between Siam and Phrom Phong.

This is a fairly traditional Japanese izakaya. The food is okay, not particularly impressive, but the value for money is quite good.

Value for money. Only 790b for steak, fish, skewers, highball and a sour. Yakitori selection leaned a bit towards chicken innards - not high on my list but the liver was nice and the steak was perfectly done with a nice sauce. Small, out of the way with a rough charm.

Potato salad, the Japanese skewers are good. A bit disappointed with some of the dishes like beef tongue that used to be better grilled. Staff has changed many times and food quality has dropped.
