itto shokudo

itto shokudo is a Japanese restaurant in Phaya Thai specializing in ramen and grilled preparations at accessible prices. The kitchen excels at its core offerings—rich ramen that diners consume completely, perfectly fried chicken that disappears quickly, and salt-grilled salmon—all executed with care and generous portions.

Side dishes like buttered enoki and traditional rice sets with miso soup complete the experience, and the restaurant welcomes late-arriving groups without hesitation. The value proposition stands out: authentic preparation at prices that feel generous for the food quality delivered, making it popular with both regulars and travelers seeking genuine Japanese cooking.
