Not the biggest gym with the most equiment, or space. But it has enough to get in a decent workout. I would reccomend getting there before it gets too crouded though. I was there between 12-14:30 every time and it was fine. The price for a day pass (500 baht) is pretty high.

1 Star - Misleading Registration & Unwelcoming Staff Registered for their free day pass today and the confirmation said it would be activated “tomorrow.” Walked a long distance to get there, only to be told I couldn’t use it today. Fine, misleading system, but these things happen. I was willing to pay 500 baht on the spot to work out anyway. While considering this, I asked if I could use the wifi. Staff said it wasn’t working, then changed their story and said it only works for members. I pointed out I was literally about to hand them 500 baht and they still refused. So let me get this straight: your registration system gives false information about when passes activate, your wifi “doesn’t work” (or does it only work for members? pick a story), and even when someone is willing to pay your expensive 500 baht rate, they’re not worthy of basic amenities like internet access. I walked out. The equipment might be fine but the customer service is terrible and the whole experience made me feel completely unwelcome. There are plenty of other gyms in Bangkok that actually want your business. Save yourself the walk and go somewhere else.

Good gym with decent equipment, but not great value. The gym itself is fine and well equipped, but 500 baht for a single day pass is too expensive compared to other gyms. Also, Wi-Fi is only available for monthly members, which is disappointing for day visitors. Unfortunately, the staff does not speak English, which makes communication difficult. Could be much better with fairer pricing and basic services for short-term users.
