Day pass 500 thb. It's clean and fresh. U have space and different zone activity. I enjoy my experience. location next door to everything. Stuff was nice annoying only clicong forms even for one day pass. The water in shower 🚿 been not hot and u can't change it

Joined 24 days ago and been using the gym 2-3 hours every day since becoming a member - so it’s time for a review! In short - probably only good gym option for not only locals but also for non Bangkok residents staying a month or longer (no annual contract, reasonable price, nice, new, clean gym, 24 hours access). This gym location is in the Silom Connect building, right at the foot of the stairs coming down from the ChongNonsi BTS station when you come down Exit #4. Sign up process - 5 stars! Jetts Fitness ChongNonsi branch manager Khun Winner was great - friendly, professional, clear and open about membership being month to month auto renewal with 30 days advance notice to cancel required, and about reactivating my membership if I stop for a few months. She explained clearly the 3 sign up options (they had their one year anniversary and a promo with True phone service, besides the regular sign up package). Zero sales pressure like I’ve seen at other gyms. Staff - 5 stars - after nearly a month there, it’s obvious Khun Winner is not only respected by her staff but she is also well liked. Trainers have told me they enjoy working at this branch because it feels like family - coworkers support each other and aren’t competitive like at other gyms where there’s a lot of pressure to sell (membership, training sessions, and products such as protein powder). Most if not all personal trainers speak some English, have degrees in sport science and are very knowledgeable. I’ve gotten some great advice and help from trainers such as Off, Mong, and Gun. Definitely see if you can get a session with one of them, and you may sign up for a few session to help you achieve your fitness goals faster. Gym - 5 stars - still new feel after a year, clean, bright, and nice heavy duty equipment and weights from Matrix - cardio machines have big internet connected video screens so you can surf the web, check email, or watch YouTube.
