Staff is horrible there . Watching them train clients while they are busy on their phones is mind boggling. Staff on reception with earphones on and in case you can’t go inside due to any circumstances you will be stuck outside .Because they can’t hear anything . Equipments getting old and un functional which takes months to fix . They need to revamp the trainers and staff . Extremely inexperienced trainers who look like just out from high school .

Hi there! I would like to share my own experience with signing up the monthly membership without reading any reviews from this branch. I don’t feel so welcoming by the staffs and it’s like they were there just to assist my payment. I gotta ask twice like two times for the monthly promotion extra gifts. Doesn’t matter to me but it was stated on the advertisement and promotion that Im getting it if I sign up so I do expect you to be providing that as told. Went there twice in one day and the second time I told the staff, they kept forgetting and was only focusing on the bill. Now, I have to go in for the third time and ask them about it. Also about the promotion, they told me another training promotion after I purchased the monthly membership and which can only be used at the branch Im buying the membership. Felt like they could have told me in the first place since this is not the closest branch to my house. I would have went to another if I knew earlier. They didn’t even bother to help me download the jetts fitness app cause i told my friend from another branch that I have no idea how it works. As of the time of posting this, I’ve asked them five times for the complimentary gift. It has been a year, and I still haven’t received it. Please take this into consideration if you’re thinking about signing up here.

Disingenuous sales tactics, only revealed the limitations of the guest pass after signing up. Should be called the unwelcome guest pass. No 24 hour access, gym is a little cramped and becomes unpleasant if there are more than ten people there. Pushy sales phone calls offering deals that don’t exist. Cardio equipment often broken. Very unhappy, feel ripped off, much better and more honest gyms nearby. Avoid!
