I felt warmly welcome right when I walked in this small and cozy Malaysian place. I ordered the day's special from the board: Pineapple & prawn curry with jasmine rice. It was brought to me in a carved coconut and it was absolutely delicious!! So fragrant and fruity with succulent prawns, exactly what I had hoped for! The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff kept talking with me as it wasn't too busy. All in all so effortlessly excellent experience. The wine and coctail list looked very good, although I didn't try it this time. Warm recommendation!!!

First time trying Malaysian food and everything was delicious! They even adjusted the spice level for me on some dishes and the drinks were very creative twists on some of the classics. Eclectic decor and music created a real cool vibe too!

Jyak & Lym Malaysia Restaurant truly stands out for its authentic Malaysian cuisine. Despite being in a foreign land, the restaurant never compromises on the essential ingredients or traditional flavours. For dinner, I enjoyed the duck egg char kuey teow, lo bak and stir-fried kai lan—all served in generous portions and full of familiar Malaysian taste. Dessert i had hot Sagu to eventually wrapped up the entire orchestra 🥰 The young team provides warm and attentive hospitality, while the ginger tea can be refilled whenever you like. A cosy and outstanding dining experience that feels just like home. ❤️
