⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An elegant and thoughtful interpretation of Thai cuisine KHAAN offers a refined and imaginative take on Thai food, where familiar flavours are reinterpreted in a way that feels playful yet respectful to tradition. The dishes are visually beautiful, but more importantly, they retain the soul and balance of classic Thai cuisine. I chose the vegetarian tasting menu with juice pairing, and it was exceptionally well executed. Each course highlighted natural flavours and textures, while the juice pairings complemented the food seamlessly without overpowering it. The pacing was comfortable, and every dish felt intentional and well considered. The interior design deserves special mention. Dark-toned wood, warm lighting, and a calm layout create an atmosphere that feels strong and grounded, yet approachable. The space is clearly designed with guest comfort in mind, allowing you to focus fully on the dining experience. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, with clear explanations that enhanced the overall experience without feeling formal or overwhelming. KHAAN is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to experience Thai cuisine in a modern, elegant setting—especially suitable for special occasions or introducing Thai food to international guests. Simple yet sophisticated decor and setting. Staff was welcoming. Food presentation was very good and tasted great and authentic maintaining the Thai flavour. My personal favourites were the fermented pork with egg, Andaman Tiger Prawn, Tom Kha Oyster, Beef/Crocodile tongue, and Khao Yai duck. I personally found the storytelling was a little too lengthy. Otherwise it was great overall.

We were fortunate to get a table on New Year's Eve. The restaurant is recommended by the Michelin Guide for excellent restaurants in Thailand 2026. A very nice culinary evening in a great atmosphere. There were 11 courses and we took very relaxed 2.5 hours to enjoy them. In summary, it was high culinary art, but still with room for improvement. The service and presentation were already of a very high standard, which should be matched by the sophistication and quality of the food. Cross Fingers for the first Michelin Star.
