I used their services for a wedding, and I regret it. This company charges you 100% of the price upfront and BEFORE doing anything for you. If you have questions during the process, they don't answer clearly, claiming they know what to do. In my case, I needed my documents translated into English for my country (which was supposed to be included in the initial price), but they left me with the documents only in Thai and told me, "That's it." Then they wanted to charge me even more for the translation. I do not recommend this company.

Worse level of support, after they take your money they don’t do everything they promised. Wasted our time and money. They also sent out private information including passport information to other people. Avoid at all costs. Not safe and not secure.
