กวงซีฟู้ด รางน้ำ Kuang Seafood - Rangnam Original

First came about this place when a local recommended dining here since I was staying at the Pratunam area. It was well known back then with the locals but not so much with tourist. The seafood dishes are really good that's why we kept coming back through the years. First thing we had to order was the crab then the fish. Service is good and glad staff can now converse in english. They will give you a bowl of water with flowers and lemon slices. Don't forget... Its not for drinking but for washing the oils from your fingers after picking your crab meal. We ate so much back then the lady owner at the counter gave us a wash basin instead. Gave all us a good laugh back then. Happy memories that's why we kept coming back.

I've been coming back here for over 20 years.... the service and food hasn't changed. Everything is delicious and fresh. Cooked Thai style, not watered down for foreigners. The beer as icy cold... a bit frozen when pouring out... so good. The pretty owner at the cash register still remembers me!! It's open late night as well! Easy to find with the tanks in front =)

Initially walked away after seeing their menu ... but decided to try after reading the reviews. And no regrets! Only ordered 2 items - the curry crab and the BBQ prawns (5 of them for small size). OMG! Crab curry was full of crab meat, and so creamy delicious without overkill. The prawns were plump and juicy, and tasted very fresh! And they provide plastic gloves for those who prefer to peel prawns with their hands. The restaurant was very clean and the service very very friendly. Glad I decided to walk back ... 🥰 Must try at least once in your lifetime.
