The flavors were rich and delicious, and everything tasted really fresh. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was also clean, comfortable, and perfect for hanging out with friends.

Takeout is okay, but the dine-in experience was honestly quite disappointing. The soup base was average, and the meat quality was poor. Most of the meat was tough and difficult to eat. The satay sauce at the condiment station tasted like it had gone bad, which was very unpleasant. The fruit at the self-service area was also not fresh. Service was extremely slow. Even with only two or three tables occupied, it took around 30 minutes for dishes to arrive. Some dishes were missing, while others were repeatedly served to the wrong table. What was more surprising was that the staff seemed completely used to these mistakes. There were also several other issues: We couldn’t get the QR code for ordering even after being seated for 10 minutes. Several different shrimp paste dishes we ordered were all very disappointing. The outdoor smoking area was extremely dirty and messy. The restaurant couldn’t redeem its own group-buying voucher purchased through Wukong. The navigation route shown for driving to the restaurant was inaccessible. The restaurant’s customer service contact could not be added. Overall, the dine-in experience needs significant improvement in food quality, service efficiency, cleanliness, and basic operations.
