I arrived at 8:00 AM, waited 15 minutes, and the class didn't start until 8:15. We did three rounds of hand grip exercises, with breaks and punching the sandbag in between. get out of class ended at 8:50 AM. The instructor said he needed to go back and buy breakfast for his wife, which cost 500 baht...
