The restaurant has a wide variety of menu options, and they’re happy to accommodate requests to leave out mirin or other alcohol based ingredients. The prices are also very affordable. The only downside is that the service is extremely slow. From being seated to getting our food and even paying the bill, everything took a very long time.

Solid Japanese sushi servings of many different sizes. Not all the fish are truly prime quality but the price makes up for it. Some of the rice used seems less than Japanese - authentic, but everything tastes reasonably well. Good attentive service and low prices makes this chain successful. Recommended for a casual sushi experience.

Visited the Siam Square outlet recently and had a rather disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by one of the crew members, and the service initially seemed promising. However, after I had already completed my order, I was informed that the foie gras was sold out. This should ideally have been communicated before the order was placed. To make matters more confusing, a waitress later approached me using a translation app and explained that due to their system being down, there would be a price fluctuation. I was completely puzzled. If customers are ordering through a QR code menu with listed prices, shouldn’t those be the prices charged? In the end, I stayed and finished the Ankimo that was served before I was notified on the sold out of foie gras, but I ended up paying for what was probably the most expensive ankimo I’ve ever had. I’ve attached the receipt for others to judge for themselves. What made the situation even more surprising was that there appeared to be more staff than customers in the restaurant at the time, yet communication and operational issues were still apparent.
