This crab fried rice is insane! I’m having crab fried rice and pad kra pao right here in Bangkok! The fried rice is so good — fluffy grains with sweet, fresh crab and great wok‑hei. Pad kra pao hits different, spicy and packed with basil aroma. Both dishes are super tasty. What an awesome authentic Thai street‑food vibe!

Exceptional food at Mahasamut! The signature crab fried rice (loaded with crab meat, claws, and crab roe/tomalley) was outstanding—delicately seasoned and not greasy at all.
