Their focus and energy make every session engaging and motivating, and they’re great at recognizing and adapting to personal issues like my S-curve spine posture so I always feel supported and safe during workouts. What I love most is the sense of connection. Working out with others who share similar goals has made the experience far more enjoyable and sustainable. It’s no longer just about exercise, it’s about showing up, pushing each other, and growing together. After 6 months of consistent training, I’ve seen real progress by 2.5 kg muscle gain, 1.6 kg fat loss and weight increased by 1–1.5 kg (I was quite skinny before) I feel stronger, more confident, and genuinely excited to keep going.
