Just needed a taste of home for a change, although I usually don’t even eat at McDonald’s when I’m back in the USA. Pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of the food. Customer service was much better than it is in the USA as well.

So glad to visit this branch for the second time! It’s clean, comfortable, and offers a wide variety on the menu. Had to reorder the Patongko—it’s that good! This time I was surprised to find a pandan dip (previously tried it with condensed milk and it was delicious too 😋). Also tried the Salted Egg Porridge and absolutely loved it. My friend had the Pepper Chicken McMuffin and enjoyed it as well 🥰

Wanted to have a quick shake after tiring Robinson shopping spree. Large size McD with separate McCafe and lots of comfortable seating arrangements. It took a while to get the shake because the staff had to discuss something really important before getting into action. The drink was refreshing and helped the long walk in hot sun!

If only male employee did not try to short change me. Burger 55 baht. He first gave me 40 baht after receiving 100 baht note. It was only after I complained that he gave me correct change. Of note is he had register keys and opened register to give correct change thus seems he could be manager. Really sad to see cheating is at managerial level. In past they also tried to give me change for 100 baht despite receiving 1000 baht note. Mr Heineke, how do you reconcile this behavior? Perhaps employees believe it is normal and justified??
