If you come to this restaurant, the Okan beef is a must. Personally, I think it’s a great wagyu with well-balanced marbling—not overly fatty. The Rangers Valley beef is also of good standard. The carpaccio is tasty. The grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes are delicious, while the cauliflower is just okay. Finishing with the spicy pasta is a good choice. The food prices are high but justified by the quality. However, the corkage charges of 1,000 THB per bottle is extremely expensive. I hope the restaurant will reconsider this, as some guests may want to bring their own wine that isn’t available on the list to enjoy with good-quality beef.

I had an amazing dining experience at Medium Rare Restaurant! The steaks were incredibly flavorful and tender even though I ordered mine well-done, it still came out juicy and perfectly cooked. You can order your steak at any cook level, and they get it right every time. I also loved their rockets walnut salad, fresh, crisp, and packed with great flavors. The fried sweet potatoes were perfectly seasoned and addictive, and the chips were crisp and delicious. Overall, the food exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re a steak lover or just looking for a great meal, I highly recommend Medium Rare Restaurant!
