This was the best meal we had in Bangkok! We communicated through google translate. They were so sweet and accommodating.

There is a reason this restaurant has such high ratings. I don’t know where to start, I’ve visited so many times because I cannot get enough of the food and the company. Been traveling Thailand for over 2 months and this is the best food I’ve ever had. There are a couple of dishes to order from the menu and you can choose your noodles to accompany it. It’s also some of the best pricing I’ve seen in Bangkok. The broth is so rich and the ingredients so fresh, you literally will not be able to get enough!! There is also an option for vegetarian mushroom Tom yum, and just like the name trust it is yummyyyyyy The beautiful owner May, where do I start, since day one she welcomed us with open arms, she’s so passionate about the food she makes, and really prides herself on using traditional local ingredients to make the most authentic Thai tom yum, but even that aside she is the biggest sweetheart and really looked after us well every single time By the way, did you know this place also offers dumpling making classes !!?? It was SO MUCH FUN! Such a unique idea to do solo or with friends when visiting Thailand, and spoiler - they’re also going to be the best dumplings you’ve had 🤤🤤🤤

A little late on writing this review but definitely something that has to be done. Was in Bangkok in January and chanced upon this noodle place while looking for lunch. Being adventurous with our food search definitely paid off. The shop, pretty hidden away from the main road, run by her family, may not have a first class restaurant facade but the food will definitely sweep you off your feet. Together with my sister, we had the Signature Thai Tom Yum Noodle and Chef Gun's Red Pork and Rice. When served, the first sip of the broth was heavenly, absolutely filled with spices but not overwhelmingly so, yet it made crave for more. The pork, similar to chinese Char Siew style, was tender and flavourful. All these along with a side of her Thai Iced Milk Tea, we couldn't have asked for a better lunch. Mae, was also superb as a host, and waitress. Listening to where her passion led her till today was an eye opener and it definitely made you appreciate the food so much more. (shall leave you to find out her story for yourself when you visit her). At the end of the day, both of us ordered some of her other dishes via Grab for post-dinner dinner, yup, that's how much we love her food!
