The food was absolutely incredible — every single dish was impressive. My personal favorite was the claypot rice with beef fat and smoked duck. The rice was cooked to perfection, full of rich, balanced flavors, and beautifully infused with the beef fat. The smoked duck was grilled with great care — juicy and tender on the inside, with a perfectly crisp skin. It was truly satisfying from the first bite to the last. On top of that, the owner was warm, kind, and provided wonderful hospitality, which made the whole dining experience even more special. Highly recommended!

A Hidden Artistic Gem in Ari Mia offers an incredibly chill and private atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxed evening out. The background music is mellow and sets the right mood for a slow, enjoyable dinner. You will love the artistic corners throughout the shop, which provide great backdrops for photos. The Khao Mor Mae Nak is a definite standout and tastes absolutely delicious. Their Plum Soup (Kiam Buey) is very comforting, though a bit more sourness would make it perfect. With its unique decor and wine selection, it feels like a cozy retreat from the city buzz. It is a wonderful spot for anyone looking for great food paired with an indie, creative vibe.

Located in the trendy Ari neighborhood, Mia offers a unique dining experience that blends traditional Thai comfort with modern culinary flair. The absolute star of the menu is undoubtedly their Khao Mor Mae Nak, a signature clay pot rice dish that is rich, fragrant, and perfectly seasoned. Every spoonful delivers a satisfying depth of flavor that feels both nostalgic and premium, making it a must-order for any first-time visitor. The portions are thoughtful, and the presentation reflects the creative spirit of the area. However, while the rice dishes shine, the pasta can be a bit of a hit-or-miss experience depending on your palate. During my visit, the Pasta was undeniably al dente and fresh, but the seasoning leaned a little too heavily on the salt. While the flavors were bold, the saltiness slightly overshadowed the delicate ingredients of the sauce, which might be a bit intense for those who prefer a more balanced profile. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall quality of the ingredients remains impressively high across the board. The atmosphere is chic and welcoming, making it a great spot for a weekend hangout or a casual dinner with friends. The service is attentive, and the staff are happy to provide recommendations from their diverse menu. Even with the salty pasta, the incredible clay pot rice makes the trip to Ari completely worth it. It is a restaurant that clearly prioritizes bold tastes and a memorable dining environment.

Negative Reviews
Maybe I came on an off day. I’m well aware if the glowing review on the taste and the portion size. Was very surprised with what I got serviced today. The peaches and ham flavors were not as balanced as I expected, also in a rather smaller portion, at the price of 200+ thb I would say I had higher hope. The toasts taste ok but with this price tag once again I was disappointed 😔 The staff was impeccably polite and sweet, very helpful. The place is also beautifully decorated, spacious with great natural lights. I would love to recommend this place - I think it has great potential. From the other reviews I trust that the food can be much better and is very much competitive. Just seems to be my luck that today something is off. We were so hungry and disappointed we went to a street boat noodle place after. Note: the photo of the toast is half a portion, I didn’t get to take a photo of the full serving because we were so hungry with approx 20 mins wait for the French toast 😭
