Mind Over Matters - Puppy Yoga & More

One of the best experiences when it comes to yoga with the super cute added addition of puppies. Initial entrance and welcome by the hosts were super generous and welcoming. There are lockers for belongings and the overall space is friendly for both customers and puppies alike. The yoga teacher gives good advice for yoga poses that would readily involve people of all level from beginners to advanced, whilst one is allowed to enjoy the cute company by the different puppies during the session. Great experience overall would definitely recommend to both locals, expats, friends or family alike. A one of a kind.

I’ve recently moved to Thailand for a cultural experience. Back home (South Africa) I have SO many dogs, because I love them so much. The soul of a dog is the most beautiful to me. And I can’t have a dog here because of many reasons! So having a space where I get to destress and feel a little closer to home means everything to me. You guys do so much more than you think you do! I thoroughly enjoy the classes. Thank you!

My friend and I had a wonderful time here. We loved the experience! All the puppies were super cute and cheerful. Applause to the staff, who were so nice, took great care of all the puppies, and made sure we had a good time during the class.
