I come here at least once a week for karate class. All is well, however on Sundays, they don’t even open the main door for people to use as entrance / exit. We have to detour to the back door, where cockroaches often crawl randomly as it is where trash is collected and managed. We wonder why this is the case? Sounds like a fair ask to use the main door, as our organization pays for rent anyway. Whereas the receptionist just uses her phone all morning and afternoon - could we ask to possibly open the main door instead of it remaining locked up all the time? Besides security guard is around to watch it if it’s a security issue. We hope the owners can heed this request 🙏🏻

The instructor did not show up. We booked a private class and paid in advance for weeks, the day came for our class time but instructor did not show up, matter of fact no one was even in the studio. we were left standing in the hallway trying to contact anyone for 30 mins. The studio finally response and said please wait until 10 (our class time was 9:30 per instructor request because he said he’s busy with something else after) we did wait until 10 but no one showed up still… Instructor and institution gave us no explanation and offer us 500 baht “discount” for first class only (the class was 1500 an hour) so we decided to leave and not take the offer. We are still waiting for the refund + parking fee and want to warn anyone else who is still deciding Update 9/11/24: the studio refunded the money the same day and threaten to file a lawsuit Update 2: the owner k.Puu contacted and apologized for her team and ensuring us that this is indeed, a real institution. We are grateful and would like to change 1 star to 3
