I trained with Rahmet during my 12 weeks with MOVE, focusing on regaining strength and conditioning. As a trainer also, sometimes my schedule is too busy, affecting my own commitment to my fitness and health. I was looking for an accountability partner and a coach that can push me to improve my lifts and endurance which Rahmet has supported with. His programming was efficient and flexible allowing me to progress my strength week by week. I’ve achieved what I was after, reaching the strength I had when I would workout more frequently. I enjoyed our conversations of analyzing movements, biomechanics, and troubleshooting form. Our conversations showed his knowledge and willingness to learn. I joined MOVE in a duo package with my partner and seeing Rahmet work to support her in her understanding of form to prevent injury, modifying her program accordingly, and sharing knowledge speaks to a lot to his commitment and consideration of clients. I’d recommend Rahmet for anyone starting out in their fitness journey. He will help you understand the movements of exercises, inform you of how to properly feel for the different muscles worked on, and program your workouts efficiently and optimally towards your goals.

Being active was a challenge to maintain. I struggle with motivation and maintaining consistency, excercising feels hard in a body like mine. I go to Move 2-3 times per week and is now starting to notice the result of my consistency. I'm proud to say I have built more physical endurance. I'm very happy that I feel stronger since started training here. I think it really helps to have a personal trainner like Coach Tita, starting a fitness journey was so hard but I'm glad that I have Coach Tita. I never felt discourage training with her, she helped me feel capable in reaching my fitness goals. Coach Tita really helped me to build a better attitude towards fitness which helped with my initial struggle of staying consistent. Trainning was always a good time with Coach Tita. I think Move and personal trainning are really worth a try, with not much else that can help me stay consistent with exercising, choosing personal trainning put me on a track of a more active lifestyle. ✌️✌️✌️✌️

I joined MOVE with the goal of building an overall base of muscle, and for the past two months, I've been training with Rahmet Natcharee towards that goal. While my goal didn't contain any specifics, I'm very happy with my progress, which has come quicker than anticipated. Rahmet has been great to work with - he's flexible, science-based, constantly tweaks things, always makes sure my form is as good as it can be, and is just enjoyable to train with. I have a specific range of motion limitation, and he's found ways around it that allow me to still do the lifts I'd like to do in a safe and effective manner. Overall, I'd recommend MOVE to someone starting their fitness journey if the premium price is in their budget, and I personally plan to continue training with Rahmet in the future.
