A recommendation by Doobydobap on her YT vlog, I tried Michelin street food in Bangkok. The oyster omelette and smoked duck were cooked to perfection and tasty. Definitely worth a visit when walking around Chinatown.

We loved the crispy and soft oyster omelettes. We ordered XL size for each which I think is a lot considering we are just 4 pax. You should also try the crabmeat fried rice. Everything’s good! Bring cash and exchange in the nearest Super rich exchange counter which is a 4 mins walk from here.

A well-known spot for oyster omelettes (hoi tod) in Bangkok. This time we ordered both the crispy and soft versions. The crispy one is outstanding — thin, lacy golden batter with that perfect charcoal-smoky crunch, topped with generous plump fresh oysters. The soft version is also excellent if you prefer something more omelette-like. Both are served with the classic chili-garlic sauce on the side. Portions are generous and prices remain very reasonable. The place is tiny and no-frills (plastic stools, street-side seating), so expect a queue, especially on weekends. It’s worth the wait. Cash only. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays — check the hours before you go.
