About
NaNaSe Ramen is a Japanese ramen shop in On Nut that bridges Japanese technique with Thai flavors, creating rich broths simmered for nine hours and infused with tom yum elements. The kitchen demonstrates genuine skill—ramen noodles achieve perfect texture, toppings maintain quality, and the broth achieves depth that draws diners back repeatedly.
Gyoza arrives crunchy on the exterior with juicy filling, while Thai milk tea complements the savory dishes throughout. The consistency and technical execution across both locations (including the original Thong Lo branch) demonstrate the team's commitment to quality, making it a standout among Bangkok's numerous ramen options.
NaNaSe Ramen at On Nut serves ramen with a Thai twist—the chicken paitan and tom yum ramen both win praise. The chef is skilled and delicate in plating. The broth is boiled for 9 hours (you can taste the thickness), the meat and meatballs are quality, the Thai milk tea is great, and the shopkeeper/chef is super nice and accommodating. The place has air conditioning (unlike the Thong Lo branch).

Amazing ramen texture - feels like Japan - with a thai twist of veggies and its tom yum broth. Broth is on the thicker side but equally tasty. Gyoza was super crunchy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Best of all is the shopkeeper/chef is super nice and accommodating. Bring me back to Japan. Perfect for a stop-by meal!!!

I had the special ramen. It was very tasty. They say they broth is boiled for 9 hours, it's certainly thick. The pieces of meat and meatballs are also good quality. The thai milk tea is also great. They help the ladies with hair bands so you can fully enjoy your meal. Overall recommended. I would come back. Arigato!

Negative Reviews
This place completely differs from their branch in Thong lo. The noodles was meh and portions too small. Prices are too high for the quality of food. Disappointed. The broth barely had any flavour. It was just okay.
