Unique JIRO ramen is here. If you are an expert for JIRO ramen, this one would be something less because the soup is rather elegant comparatively than original JIRO ramen. However, I would prefer this unique JIRO-ish Ramen, check it out. My recommendation is extra veggies and garlic, normal fat and noodle firmness.

I had the Soy Sauce Dashi Ramen (Bonito Flakes flavour) and it was excellent. The broth is flavorful yet light—not too heavy—and the ramen noodles are perfectly springy with great texture. Service is also impressive; the staff are attentive, efficient, and very friendly. The only downside is that the location isn’t the most convenient, as it’s not near the BTS - about a 10-15 minute walk away. That said, I really like this outlet and would definitely come back for more.

2nd visit, and the jiro ramen never disappoints! They have a small sheet you fill out to customize it and follow that to the letter. Ambiance and decor is functional, super clean but on the bare side. Staff are attentive and helpful and the has some free but limited parking outside for cars and scooters.
