Nefertiti is one of the best hidden gems on Sukhumvit Soi 3, and I've been coming here regularly for some of the most authentic Middle Eastern and Egyptian food in Bangkok. The kabab is incredible — perfectly spiced, charcoal-grilled to smoky perfection, and served with fragrant rice and fresh naan. The kushari (an Egyptian national dish of rice, lentils, pasta, and spiced tomato sauce) is executed beautifully and rivals what you'd find in Cairo itself. The samosas are crispy, hot, and packed with flavor — exceptional value. What makes Nefertiti truly special is the authenticity and variety. From molokhia (Egyptian green soup) and hummus to Arabic food classics, every dish feels genuine and lovingly prepared. The portions are generous and prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. It's a true taste of the Middle East right in the heart of Bangkok's Soi 3 Arabic quarter. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a mix of Arab expats and international visitors making for a vibrant dining experience. The shisha is excellent if you enjoy it after your meal. The staff are warm and helpful. For anyone craving genuine Egyptian or Middle Eastern cuisine in Bangkok, Nefertiti is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended!

i am glad that i found and had my early dinner at this middle east, mediterranean, and egyptian style food restaurant, after i had an haircut nearby at the grace hair salon, it's value for money, the samosa i ordered had 5 pieces, hot and crispy, not too salty but tasty, same for mushroom soup, in fact, it seems the mushroom soup is the best i had in thailand in terms of taste! not over creamy, nor too mild/bland, and lots of mushroom in the soup compared to many other brand branch shops, the thai tea is strong in aroma, smell and tasted good, i had the liberty to decide how much sugar to put in as i was given three packets of white sugar, on the whole, the restaurant environment is cozy, in nice decor, and one can relax well, while enjoying and after meal there, the waiter who took.my order understand and speak english, all the staff and cashier are nice and very polite, there is no service charge and the restaurant absorbs the VAT, so no need to pay tax on the bill too, pretty sure i would visit the restaurant again soon visited again recently and ordered some different dishes

I visited this restaurant after 11 years. They used to serve shisha before, but now they’ve renovated. I have to say, their Mandi is still the best on the street—no one else comes close to their flavor. The service is also excellent and fast.
