I consider it to be the best day-pass gymnasium I have encountered in Thailand. The gym staff, Rocky, is available to provide any necessary assistance. Lockers are provided for your convenience. The facility boasts a highly central location, situated less than a 10-minute walk from the Asok BTS station. Shower amenities, including shampoo, body wash, and hair dryers, are also available. To access the facility, please enter through the car park to the lift lobby of PS Tower and proceed to level 9.

I’ve lived in BKK for 25 years and this is the best equipped, most reasonably priced gym I’ve come across. It’s spacious and not clogged up with a bunch of trainers everywhere. If the location on Asoke works for you, it’s absolutely worth it.

Love this place! Literally a hidden gym in Sukhumvit. There are so many machines, also free weights area and It’s not crowded at all. The prices are lovely. The owner and The staff were super friendly (For Thai people, the staff can speak Thai fluently). They were not pushy AT ALL. As a woman going to the gym alone, I feel really safe here. I had such an amazing time. Will visit again!🌟💪🏽
