About
NO NAME NOODLE BKK brings exceptional ramen craftsmanship to Sukhumvit under a former comedian chef's direction. The Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition reflects consistent quality that distinguishes this among Bangkok's ramen establishments. Reservations fill regularly—advance booking proves essential. The humbled enthusiasm of staff and casual-yet-refined environment create unusual warmth for ramen dining.
The broth achieves complexity through careful preparation, while noodles demonstrate proper hydration and chew. Toppings receive equal attention—each element contributes to the overall composition. The experience demonstrates that exceptional street food operates at technical levels comparable to formal fine dining.
No Name Noodle holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand designation and fully deserves the standing-room-only reputation — a Japanese chef (former comedian) crafting ramen that reviewers compare to multi-star fine dining. The head chef prepares premium set courses at your table, and each noodle is handled with visible precision. Broth is built from deep stock, toppings are considered, and the two dipping sauces carry umami depth (though a touch salty, diluted with soup water as the kitchen suggests).

Tried No Name Noodle and it turned out to be a great hidden gem. The noodles were simple but very flavorful, with a rich broth and well-seasoned toppings that made the dish really satisfying. The place itself is quite humble and casual, but that’s part of the charm. Food was served quickly and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. If you enjoy classic local noodle dishes, this spot is definitely worth checking out.

We had an incredible experience at No Name Noodle. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was kind, friendly and attentive in a very natural way. The food was outstanding. The noodles are truly something special, and each broth has its own depth and personality. You can taste the care and precision in every bowl. The chef’s skill is obvious and makes the whole experience memorable. We already look forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

Overall the ambience and the service were amazing. Food was delicious and the chef sometimes prepares it in front of you, the two dipping sauces were amazing but a bit too salty to drink on their own. You can add soup water to dilute it. Portions were a bit smaller than expected for the set price. A bit expensive for the amount of food you get.
